Opticca Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring highly skilled professionals across Microsoft Azure, Red Hat, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud Engineering disciplines.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner closely with technical leadership and hiring managers to identify top talent for consulting engagements ranging from solution architects to cloud engineers and managed services professionals.

The successful candidate understands the technical differences between various cloud and infrastructure roles and has an established network within the Microsoft and Red Hat ecosystems.

Full-cycle technical recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition through offer acceptance.
Partner with technical hiring managers to understand project requirements and desired skill sets.
